Through prototype iteration and constant testing we now get to the visuals that will envelop the structure of TurnUp. Attention to detail and delivering a great experience still remain consistent throughout the process. The User Interface complements the rest of the design with the goal of TurnUp being easily accessible and usable.



Scenario where users are in close proximity of each other and can pair TurnUp with a Bluetooth connection to provide a surround sound experience. and add a great atmosphere to their events.

SCENARIOS
01 RESEARCH
In order to validate the need for this new feature, data is collected through; Quantitative and Qualitative Research, Interviews, Surveys, and Competitive Analysis. This extensive gathering of data helped create cases in which TurnUp could be used by users and in which ways it can provide the best experience.
The data collected from research will drive the creation of accurate scenarios and detailed personas, which in turn will help understand the problem TurnUp is trying to solve. These elements are integral to the process, as they will define and aid in understanding the purpose of the product.
What the product does and whom its designed for are important questions to understand but just as importantly is, why the product will exist in the first place. Without a clear awareness of why it's being implemented, the product serves no reason to exist. TurnUp aims to deliver a simple and intuitive solution for the cumbersome methods of music sharing on today's music streaming services.
03 USER EXPERIENCE
With the foundations for the next steps having been laid out by Scenarios and Personas, we moved the process along with the creation of Wireframes and Userflows that will help assess the functionality and structure of TurnUp through low to high fidelity wireframing, Prototypes, and Usability Testing.
02 BUSINESS NEEDS
Tidal wishes to provide users with a revolutionary new way of sharing music, but it is still a business with goals of its own. The introduction of TurnUp will help Tidal gain more ground in the market and drive growth with the assessment of tangible goals (such as 10% market share increase over the first year of rollout).
Tidal is an online music service that offers a tiered subscription based streaming service in 85 countries.
It is available as a website and also as a mobile app for iOS, Android, BlackBerry, and Windows Phone mobile devices, which can stream music from its servers or download music for offline playback. Tidal also offers social networking features, such as the ability to share songs, albums and playlists with others on Tidal and to social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.
People love to share music with their friends and family, whether it's a new song they have discovered, or an old track that brings back good memories, they love to share those moments and experiences with others. Although music sharing with today's streaming services is already possible, Tidal believes it can provide a more meaningful way for users to share and enjoy the music they listen to with the people they love. Tidal's new innovative feature for its streaming service is called TurnUp.
The technology behind the TurnUp feature set allows users to simultaneously play music through multiple phones. The ability to sync an unlimited number of devices together to play music when users are in different locations could revolutionize the music sharing and listening experience. Individuals who want to listen to music together but are in different places can now sync their devices and listen to the same song at the same time. Tidal's product team sees a huge market opportunity for this feature set.
TurnUp can be used to help families, couples, fans, artists, and others create a sense of closeness and a shared experience.
